TOMAR 1760-14 Strobe Tester
Tomar 1760-14 Handheld Tester
The Tomar 1760-14 Handheld Tester is a device designed for use with emergency vehicles. It is equipped with a special optical emitter that transmits a signal to the TOMAR STROBESWITCH™, which is a receiver that activates its solid-state output relay when it receives a signal in the correct format. This relay can be used to control security gates, fire department garage doors, and other devices.
The TOMAR STROBESWITCH™ itself is designed for use both indoors and outdoors and is not affected by weather conditions or bright sunlight. It is also resistant to radio frequency interference and uses digital frequency discrimination to reject unwanted signals, such as flashlights, emergency vehicle lighting systems, and flashing signs.
The Tomar 1760-14 Handheld Tester is a hand-held, battery-powered device that is designed for short-range testing of the STROBESWITCH™. It is a useful tool for ensuring that the STROBESWITCH™ is functioning properly and can be used to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
