Thank you for choosing our repair warranty service! We’re here to help you get the most out of your product and make the repair process as smooth as possible. This policy, along with your purchase receipt, forms our agreement with you and starts on the date of purchase.
What This Policy Covers:
- Our repair warranty is designed to support you by acting as an intermediary with the manufacturer for any warranty-related issues. Please note that the manufacturer’s terms, timing, and decisions will ultimately guide the repair process, and we’ll assist you every step of the way.
- The policy covers internal parts of your gate operator or telephone entry system that may fail due to normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects. Whole units cannot be returned, but rest assured we’ll help with getting those faulty parts repaired.
How to Use Your Warranty:
- Reach Out to the Manufacturer: If you encounter an issue, contact the manufacturer directly to describe the problem. They’ll guide you through the initial steps and help diagnose the issue.
- Get a Ticket Number: Once the problem is diagnosed, be sure to request a ticket number and the associated part numbers. This info helps us process your warranty claim quickly and accurately.
- Submit a Repair Form: Fill out our Repair Form and send it over to us via email along with your ticket number.
- We Handle the Rest: Once your claim is validated and covered by your warranty, we’ll take care of everything with the manufacturer on your behalf.
- Send Us the Faulty Part: Ship the part to our office with a prepaid return label for the repaired item.
- Patience During Repairs: Repairs can take 1 to several weeks, depending on the manufacturer. As soon as we receive the part, we’ll ship it back to you using your return label.
Important Details:
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees aren’t covered by this policy, so please plan for those.
- No Deductibles: You won’t have any deductibles; we keep things simple and straightforward.
- Coverage Limit: The coverage limit is the amount you paid for the policy.
- Non-Refundable: Unfortunately, this policy is nonrefundable once purchased.
Exclusions:
- We can’t honor claims after the policy expires, so be sure to contact us promptly if there are any issues.
- Only internal parts are covered - entire units cannot be sent in for repair.
- Products missing serial numbers, or those damaged due to accidents, abuse, or power surges, among other things, aren’t covered.
- Additional costs, such as labor, cosmetic repairs, or lost/stolen products, are not included under this policy.
Changes and Jurisdiction: This policy is subject to change without notice, and it is governed by the laws of the State of California, County of Ventura.
