Product Warranty

Elite Gates is a reseller. We do not manufacture the products we sell and do not offer a manufacturer's warranty of our own. All warranty coverage on new products is provided solely by the original manufacturer and is subject to that manufacturer's terms, conditions, and sole discretion.

How to Pursue a Warranty Claim Contact the manufacturer directly using the contact information provided in your product documentation. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase, the product's serial number, a description of the issue, and photos or video as requested. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand and product category.

What We Can and Cannot Do We are not a party to the manufacturer's warranty agreement and have no authority to authorize, approve, or expedite claims on the manufacturer's behalf. Gate operators and other large equipment cannot be returned as whole units for warranty exchange. However, defective internal parts within those units may still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage on accessories, remotes, receivers, photoeyes, and loop detectors must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Installation and Compatibility Warranty coverage may be voided by improper installation, use outside of rated specifications, unauthorized modification, or use with incompatible equipment. We strongly recommend professional installation of all gate operators and access control systems.
