Unless you've purchased a separate "Repair Warranty" from us, all warranty issues including defective merchandise must be directed to and handled by the original manufacturer. If you would like to hire us to act as an intermediary, there is a minimum processing fee if/when this service is available.
For your knowledge:
- Gate operators can never be returned to the manufacturer as a whole unit only inner parts may be covered
- We cannot act as intermediary for accessories such as remotes, receivers, photoeyes, loops etc - you will have to contact the manufacturer for those
- All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility
- We do not warrant that your claim will be covered even if you paid for the service and provided all the necessary information as we do not have a say in the outcome.
