  • Residential Deliveries and Special Handling: Deliveries to residential addresses or areas with restricted access may require specialized services such as a liftgate or smaller delivery vehicles. While we aim to anticipate these needs and include potential extra costs in your initial quote, certain conditions may only become apparent at the point of delivery or when finalizing the freight quote. In such cases, we may need to contact you to discuss additional funds or, in rare instances, cancel the order if the costs are prohibitive.
  • Customer Responsibilities: Be prepared to assist in unloading items unless a liftgate service has been arranged. Be aware that delivery refusals and surcharges initiated by the freight company will be your responsibility.

Damage and Issue Resolution:

  • Report Any Damage: Immediately inspect your delivery upon arrival. If any damage is observed, report it to the shipping company right away and refuse the shipment. This is crucial as accepting a damaged shipment without noting the issues on the delivery slip can complicate the resolution process.
  • Refusal Consequences: Should you refuse delivery after dispatch from our warehouse, you will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the shipping location, in addition to any restocking fees as outlined in our Return Policy.
