The Security Brands 37-LC1 Ascent Link Controller is a wireless mesh access control controller for compatible Ascent cellular systems. It allows an Ascent-controlled gate, door, reader, mag lock, or electric strike to be added to the system without running long control wiring back to the primary Ascent unit.

The 37-LC1 communicates through the Ascent Link 900 MHz wireless mesh network and is designed to work up to 1,000 feet from a compatible Ascent Link or primary Ascent unit under typical conditions. Once paired, it becomes part of the Ascent access control network and can be managed through Summit Control for cloud-based access control.
