Processing and Dispatch Most orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Carrier and Signature We select carriers based on the nature of the shipment. Deliveries are made without a signature requirement by default. If you require a signature at delivery, contact us before your order ships. This may incur an additional fee.
Freight and Large Item Deliveries Freight rates are calculated based on commercial delivery. Deliveries to residential addresses, gated communities, or locations with restricted access may require specialized services including liftgate, delivery appointment, or smaller vehicle. While we make every effort to identify these requirements upfront, conditions not disclosed at the time of order may result in additional freight charges. In such cases, we will contact you to review options. If additional costs cannot be resolved, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Unless liftgate service has been arranged in advance, you are responsible for assisting with unloading. Freight surcharges initiated by the carrier due to address type, access restrictions, or delivery attempts will be your responsibility.
Inspecting Your Delivery You are required to inspect all shipments at the time of delivery, before signing any delivery receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt, refuse the shipment, and contact us at sales@elitegates.net within 24 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and item. Signing a delivery receipt without noting visible damage constitutes acceptance of the shipment in the condition received. Damage claims submitted after a clean delivery receipt has been signed may not be honored.
Concealed damage (damage not visible at delivery) must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt, with supporting photos. Claims submitted outside this window will not be eligible for carrier claims.
Delivery Refusal If you refuse a delivery after the order has shipped from our warehouse without prior written authorization from us, you will be responsible for all freight charges in both directions, plus any applicable restocking fee as outlined in our Return Policy.
