Ramset Smart WiFi Gate Controller Kit

Smartphone Access and Remote Control for Automated Gates

The Ramset Smart WiFi Gate Controller adds smartphone control and remote monitoring to compatible automated gate systems. Connected to a gate operator's dry-contact input, it allows authorized users to open and close the gate remotely through the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app.

The controller uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi for remote access and also supports Bluetooth for local operation when Wi-Fi is unavailable. Users can create opening and closing schedules, receive gate activity notifications, and share access with up to 20 authorized users.

When connected to a compatible gate-position input, the controller can also provide open/closed gate status in the app. Smart home integration includes support for Alexa, Google Home, and Siri.

The controller is compatible with Ramset AC and DC gate operators, as well as many other gate operators that accept a normally open dry-contact command.

Conclusion

The Ramset Smart WiFi Gate Controller provides a compact way to add remote smartphone access, Bluetooth local control, schedules, user management, and activity notifications to an automated gate system.

For open/closed status reporting, the installation must also provide the required gate-position input. Without that input, the controller can still issue compatible open and close commands through its dry-contact relay.
