The Linear VS-GSLG Industrial Slide Gate Operator is a continuous-duty, variable-speed operator designed for demanding commercial, industrial, and high-security vehicular gate applications. With configurations ranging from 1/2 HP to 2 HP, the VS-GSLG series can accommodate gates from 45 ft and 1,100 lb up to 100 ft and 4,000 lb, depending on the selected model.

An integral APeX Controller provides programmable gate control, access control inputs, monitored entrapment protection connections, loop detector support, diagnostic functions, and dual-gate capability. A variable frequency drive provides programmable speed control with soft start and soft stop, allowing gate speeds up to 24 inches per second while reducing abrupt acceleration and braking.

The mechanical drive system uses a direct C-face motor and brake assembly, heavy-duty 10:1 right-angle gear reducer, #50 roller chain, adjustable torque limiter, and pillow-block bearings. An emergency manual disconnect allows the drive system to be disengaged when manual gate movement is required.
