The Linear PRO-SW4000XLS Single Swing Gate Operator Kit is designed for residential vehicular swing gates up to 20 ft long and 1,000 lb. It is the highest-capacity model in the XLS swing operator series, making it well suited to larger residential entrances, estate gates, and ranch applications.

The PRO-SW4000XLS uses a 12V DC motor with a 16:1 planetary gear drive and operates from a sealed rechargeable battery. The included AC transformer maintains the battery during normal operation, while optional solar charging allows the system to be installed where bringing AC power to the gate is difficult.

The current XLS design features increased operating speed, a rev-counter board with reed switch technology, heavy-duty mounting hardware, a larger control box, and an improved front mount and scraper seal. Soft start/soft stop reduces abrupt gate movement, while adjustable obstruction sensing and auto-close settings allow the system to be configured for the individual gate installation.
