Continuous-Duty 1-HP Commercial Operator for Heavy Gates and High-Traffic Access

The LiftMaster SL3000101UL is the 1 HP single-phase configuration of the SL3000UL, a continuous-duty AC slide gate operator rated for Class I, II, III, and IV vehicular gate installations under UL 325. The high-temperature AC motor with Class H insulation drives a 30:1 worm gear reducer in a synthetic oil bath, moving gates up to 2,000 lbs and 50 ft at 12 inches per second. The 1/4 in. black powder-coated steel chassis and one-piece UV-resistant polyethylene cover protect internal components for permanent outdoor installation, with onboard surge suppression providing protection against lightning and electrical surge.

The control board includes myQ remote monitoring and operation, Security+ 2.0 encrypted tri-band wireless communication supporting up to 50 remote controls, and six monitored safety inputs across the main and expansion boards. Wireless dual-gate communication links paired operators without driveway trenching. Anti-tailgate and quick-close features are programmable via the expansion board. An optional transformer kit (model 3PHCONV) converts site input voltage of 208/240/480/575 VAC down to 120 VAC for installations where standard single-phase power is unavailable.. The operator ships with a LiftMaster LMRRUL monitored retro-reflective photo eye and a 5 ft. edge sensor kit for close-direction entrapment protection.
