The LiftMaster MADCBB3 High-Speed DC Barrier Gate Operator is designed for parking facilities, gated communities, commercial properties, industrial entrances, and other high-traffic vehicular access points. This Mega Arm pedestal configuration combines fast 2.5-second operation with a 24 VDC continuous-duty motor and a cycle rating of up to 6,000 operations per day.

The MADCBB3 uses a 1/2 HP equivalent DC motor with a 60:1 wormgear reducer operating in a synthetic oil bath. Smooth start and stop, magnetic limit sensing, and dynamic motor braking help provide controlled arm movement during repeated high-cycle operation.

Built-in battery backup keeps the barrier functional during an AC power interruption. The operator also includes a Security+ 2.0 three-channel receiver capable of storing up to 90 remote controls, along with Multi-Vehicle Memory, Anti-Tailgate, automatic closing, and SAMS compatibility for coordinating the barrier with a compatible slide or swing gate operator.

The barrier arm is selected separately according to lane width and application. Compatible configurations include straight, articulating, padded, and LED arms, with available lengths extending to 17 ft when the appropriate arm and counterweight are used.
