HySecurity MX4500 is a Anchor and template kit for 12 inch depth foundation. Used for embedding into the concrete foundation anchoring the StrongArm M30 Pivot and Catch Post. Includes templates to insure critical alignment between the two posts, steel anchor plates and 20 bolts with nuts and washers. Engineered to an ASTM F2656 M30 rating.. For use with various HySecurity® gate operators.

While I appreciate getting the correct replacement part, the process was not ideal. The person I was dealing with didn't seem to understand what my issue was or how to fix it. The manual I have clearly states that the control chain is a #25. Not true - it is a #35 chain, and Etile apparently does not carry it. In addition, I was referred to, quote, "The manufacture" who didn't even have any of the parts listed. We have really liked our Elite gate units and a little sorry to see the support slack off.
