Really Poor Customer Service
This order took nearly 2 months to ship from the date of order. Understandably, some parts need to be ordered from FAAC directly, but there was zero communication at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks. I had to reach out every single time. At first, I was told 2 weeks. I followed up after 2 weeks, and was told maybe next week, and again the following week, and so on. Until, they finally just said they didn't know when it would arrive. So much time passed that I ordered the part from elsewhere only to finally receive this part from Elite Gates 2 months later. It's not the lead time, it's the poor, nonexistent communication from customer service. We have multiple options from whom we order parts and motors from. I'm inclined to avoid doing business with Elite Gates in the future over a $5 part.
