There are no replacement keys. You would have to buy a new keypad. All keypads have their own unique keys.

Question asked: I have 2 of these and they both just stopped working but the gate still works just fine. I also want to know how to change the batteries on these and do you have replacement keys for these? I have misplaced them. I can send you pictures of my keypads if you do not believe I own one.

Hi Lisa! Each Eagle keypad is manufactured with its own custom keys. Eagle does not provide a master key, which means you'll have to get a locksmith to change the lock for you. As for the manual, if you go back to the item on our site, you'll notice links to the manual. There are 2 separate pages for it.
