The DoorKing 1175 has a mere 10 inch profile, ideal for low clearance underground parking areas. Got an apartment or condo complex? The 1175 has shock mounts that greatly reduce noise and vibration from being transferred into above offices or apartments. There are limit switches and direct drive are easily adjustable so they do not need to be reset after power outages.

Built with an 8ft rail, the DoorKing 1175 will heft an 8 foot high, 25 foot wide overhead gate. It uses a 40:1 gear reduction running a #40 chain in a continuous oil bath. Powered by a half horsepower, continuous duty 115 VAC motor. As such this unit is rated for class II, III and IV applications only.

The DKS 1175 is generally a standard, top flight operations motor for commercial underground parking garages where headroom is minimal. The overhead gate opener lifts the gate overhead like a typical garage door opener; however, since such gates usually weigh far more than a garage door, the motor and track hardware is built to commercial grade; heavier for such use and to accommodate these loads.

The DoorKing advanced microprocessor control board is part of this package. The unit features built-in operator diagnostics, plug-in loop detectors terminals, keyed manual release, and of cours it meets or exceeds the requirements of the UL 325 and 991 safety standards.
