The AES OPYN-PRO-IP-PBK is a smart video intercom and access control system for commercial properties, gated communities, multifamily entrances, residential estates, and other controlled entry points with an available internet connection. The hooded pedestal-mount unit connects through Wi-Fi or wired LAN, allowing visitors to call authorized users through the AES Opyn app without requiring a cellular router or SIM card.

Authorized users can view live video, speak with the caller, and activate a connected gate, door, or lock from a compatible smartphone. Two programmable relays allow the intercom to control separate entrances or access devices, while the integrated keypad, QR credential support, and proximity reader provide additional ways for residents, employees, vendors, and visitors to enter.

The OPYN-PRO-IP-PBK is the Wi-Fi and LAN version of the OPYN-Pro platform and replaces the AES Praetorian Guard IP Smart Video Intercom System. It adds 1080p video, motion detection alerts, recorded footage playback, downloadable images and video, scheduled opening times, customizable voicemail messages, Alexa and Google integration, and centralized management through the AES Opyn app.

The system supports up to 150 keypad codes and 150 QR credentials. Each credential can be assigned a limited number of uses, a defined validity period, or permanent access. Unlimited app users can be invited to share the device, and the seven-day activity log provides a record of recent calls and access activity.
