The LiftMaster HDSW24UL is a 24V DC continuous-duty brushless swing gate operator built for heavy-duty commercial and industrial vehicular gate applications across UL 325 Class I through IV. With the standard arm it handles swing gates up to 2,800 lbs and 22 ft, completing a 90° arc in 13 to 36 seconds across a variable speed range. With the optional long arm, capacity increases to 4,500 lbs at 14 ft gate length. The direct drive 1,600:1 gear ratio and brushless motor with soft start and soft stop deliver precise, controlled movement across the full speed range. The 1/4 in powder-coated steel chassis resists corrosion, and the high-density UV-resistant polyethylene 2-piece cover protects internal components in outdoor installations. Two included 12V 7AH batteries deliver up to 45 cycles or 120 days of standby power during outages. Upgrading to 33Ah batteries extends operation to 307 cycles or 180 days. The solar-ready design supports off-grid and solar-supplemented installations.

The HDSW24UL includes the Security+ 2.0 3-channel on-board radio receiver, compatible with up to 50 remote controls (unlimited with model 811LM or 813LM). myQ Business cloud connectivity enables remote monitoring and gate control from anywhere via cellular or Wi-Fi connection. Wireless dual-gate communication with bi-part delay or synchronized close synchronizes bi-parting gate operation without conduit runs or driveway cuts.
