Thank you for purchasing our Repair Warranty service. This policy, together with your purchase receipt, constitutes the full agreement between you and Elite Gates and is effective as of the date of purchase.
What Is Covered This service covers our labor as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer for warranty-related claims involving internal parts of gate operators and telephone entry systems that fail due to normal wear and tear or confirmed manufacturing defects. It does not represent a guarantee of coverage; all final decisions are made by the manufacturer.
What Is Not Covered The following are excluded from this policy: whole unit submissions for gate operators and other large equipment (only defective internal parts are eligible); accessories including remotes, receivers, photoeyes, and loop detectors; damage caused by improper installation, power surges, lightning, flooding, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications; products with missing, altered, or unverifiable serial numbers; cosmetic damage; labor costs at the installation site; lost or stolen products; and claims submitted after the policy expiration date.
How to File a Claim
- Contact the manufacturer directly to report the issue and obtain a ticket number and the part numbers in question.
- Download and complete our Repair Form and email it to us along with your ticket number.
- We will review and validate your claim. Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser. We do not accept claims submitted on behalf of another party without prior written authorization.
- If the claim is validated, ship the faulty part to our office. We will ship the repaired part back to you using your provided return label.
Important Terms All claims must be submitted by contacting our office directly during business hours. Only one claim may be filed per purchased policy. Shipping costs are not covered and are the customer's responsibility in both directions. There are no deductibles. The maximum coverage under this policy is limited to the amount paid for the policy. This policy is non-refundable once purchased.
We reserve the right to deny claims we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicative, or submitted by a party other than the original purchaser.
