While I appreciate getting the correct replacement part, the process was not ideal. The person I was dealing with didn't seem to understand what my issue was or how to fix it. The manual I have clearly states that the control chain is a #25. Not true - it is a #35 chain, and Etile apparently does not carry it. In addition, I was referred to, quote, "The manufacture" who didn't even have any of the parts listed. We have really liked our Elite gate units and a little sorry to see the support slack off.

The item I've received did not match what I requested.It is described as aluminum material.However I received the steel made.
