The LiftMaster TECHNA PBG24DC is a parking barrier gate operator rated for continuous duty in Class I, II, III, and IV vehicular access applications. With a 1.9-second open/close cycle at fast speed, it is the fastest operator in the TECHNA family and is built for high-throughput parking entry and exit lanes where cycle time directly affects queue management. The 24VDC brushless motor runs on direct drive with soft start/stop standard. The 10-gauge powder-coated aluminum cabinet carries an IP65 outdoor rating, mounts to a concrete base via pre-existing keyhole openings, and ships at 149 lbs including the arm bracket and two standard 12V 7Ah batteries. Arm length, speed, limits, and relay functions are all configured through the onboard LCD color display with no mechanical dip switches required.

The PBG24DC connects to myQ Facility via Wi-Fi or Cat 5/6 Ethernet, with dedicated Parking SAS support for real-time occupancy visualization, vend and vehicle count tracking, and revenue optimization. TECHNA operators and compatible CAP equipment pair wirelessly over 900MHz for tandem and multi-gate configurations. The optional 3PHCONV transformer kit converts three-phase service (208/240/480/575 VAC) to the operator's 120VAC input. Standard battery backup uses two 12V 7Ah batteries; two 12V 33Ah batteries are available for extended standby.

Compatible Barrier Arms (Sold Separately)

The PBG24DC accepts straight and articulating LiftMaster TECHNA barrier arms up to 12 ft functional length. Only LiftMaster arms are UL listed with this operator. Straight arms support breakaway and swingaway installation types. Articulating arms pivot upward on vehicle strike to a set clearance height and are compatible with PBG models only; clearance height is measured from the base of the operator to the bottom of the arm in the open position.

Three-phase facilities require the optional 3PHCONV transformer kit. For solar or extended standby applications, upgrading to 2x 12V 33Ah batteries (A12330SGLPK) requires the TRAY33AH tray and K41-0102-000 harness kit, both sold separately.
