At the heart of it is a 60:1 worm gear reduction system, saving space and providing strength to open your gate a full 90 degrees in just about 12 seconds. The entire unit is set on a steel frame, plated for corrosion resistance. A two piece articulating arm performs the work, incorporating a mechanical slow start / slow stop function.

For safety, there is a keyed access to release the arm for manual gate operation, as well as adjustable electronic magnetic limits, auto-close timer (1-30 seconds), gate overlap feature for bi-parting (dual) gate operation and a built-in On / Off alarm reset switches to name a few more built-ins.
