Question asked: will this photocell work with the Elite 3000 Q400 main circuit board to open the gates if it senses an obstruction and , if so, what terminal connections and wiring should be used?

Hello Lance. Yes this photoeye will work with the older SL3000 models. The photoeye uses 4 wires (power +,- wired to the power supply and the n/o and common to the 3&4 Safety Loop terminals). Should you have additional questions feel free to call us M-F 8-4pm pst. Thanks.
