Stylish small-form-factor, low-profile Remote controls up to three MegaCode receiver and can be attached to your car’s visor. The Linear PRO Access digital transmitter is a radio control device designed for wireless operation of automatic garage doors and gates. Each button on the transmitter emits a distinct code upon pressing. You can use one button to control a garage door, another to operate an access gate, and a third for an additional garage door opener. Unlike typical systems with a coding switch, Linear PRO Access devices are pre-coded at the manufacturer. Receivers are set up to recognize a transmitter's unique digital code through a "learning" process, responding only to transmitters that have been programmed into its memory.

The transmitter runs on a Type CR2032 coin-cell battery, expected to last at least one year under normal conditions. When activated, an indicator light on the transmitter illuminates. A dim or non-lighting indicator signals the need for a battery replacement. To extend battery life, an internal timer curtails the transmission to 20 seconds should a button remain pressed.
