The LiftMaster CSW24UL is a 24V DC continuous-duty swing gate operator built for high-traffic commercial, industrial, and residential vehicular gate applications across UL 325 and UL 991 Class I through IV. It handles swing gates up to 1,600 lbs and 18 ft, completing a 90° arc in 15 seconds. The 900:1 worm gear reducer operates in a synthetic oil bath with soft start and soft stop on every cycle. The 1/4 in gold zinc-plated steel chassis resists corrosion, and the high-density UV-resistant polycarbonate 2-piece cover protects internal components in outdoor installations. Battery backup with two 7Ah batteries is included, delivering up to 146 cycles or 24 days of standby power during outages. Upgrading to two 33Ah batteries extends operation to 876 cycles or 105 days. The solar-ready design supports off-grid and solar-supplemented installations.

The CSW24UL includes the Security+ 2.0 3-channel on-board radio receiver, compatible with up to 50 remote controls (unlimited with model 811LM or 813LM). myQ technology enables remote monitoring and gate control from anywhere via the myQ app. Wireless dual-gate communication with bi-part delay or synchronized close synchronizes bi-parting gate operation without conduit runs or driveway cuts. The operator is Fire Department compliant, opening automatically upon loss of AC power or battery depletion.
