This is a 3-button outdoor surface mount station with an override key (NEMA 4.5). Normally mounted inside a guard shack, or by the door itself. This 3-button station has a momentary contact, OPEN-CLOSE-STOP. Also known as Liftmaster part numbers: 02406, G02406, 02-406P.
