UL 325 Wireless Safety Edge Transmitter for Maximum Controls Gate Operators

The Maximum Controls Max-WETX is the Wi Edge 900 transmitter module for the Max Wireless Edge 900 safety system. Each Max-WETX connects up to two monitored 10K safety edges and transmits their status wirelessly to the Max-WERX receiver at 915 MHz with a 100ms response time, covering one entrapment zone per transmitter. Up to two Max-WETX transmitters can be paired to a single Max-WERX receiver, allowing both the opening and closing edges to be monitored from one receiver. Operating range is up to 200 ft line of sight. Three selectable frequency channels on the receiver prevent cross-talk with neighboring operators. The Max-WETX is pre-wired and ships with a mounting bracket for installation. Power is supplied by eight AA Lithium batteries using Energizer Ultimate Lithium (L91) cells, with an approximate battery life of two years. No other battery type is supported.
