The EG740 Eagle Chain Secure is designed to quickly tighten the chain on a slide gate. Over time, a slide gate’s operating chain will need to be tightened. The EG740 Eagle Chain Secure allows this operation to be performed quickly and easily by merely cranking the chain tightening wrench provided. A properly tightened chain will perform much better than a neglected chain that naturally “stretches out” over time. The stretched out chain can cause damage and performance problems to the slide gate system.
