Got an office complex, a condo building? The Ramset 3000 is a great class II gate operator, designed for commercial/general access. This system is rated specifically for general use in a commercial location or buildings such as a multi-family housing unit (five or more single family units), hotels, garages, retail shopping areas, or other buildings that have a flow of traffic and that serve the general public and need continuous use.

The Ram3000 model has the muscle to swing out a 22 foot long, 800 pound gate a full 90 degrees in just 20 seconds. It sports a continuous duty ½ horsepower motor stuffed into a tidy 18" x 23" x 28.5"H weatherproof housing. Included in this package is the Ramset’s “Intelligate” control board, a programmable microprocessor that reads and precisely executes all functions of the unit. Just a few of the many functions of this simple, 0 - 60 seconds automatic close timer, self adjusting ERD with low and high setting, constant warning, prewarning, secure close, one pass, open & close delay, left/right hand operation, plug-in loop detectors. An electronic reversing sensor adjusts to monitor and balance gate weight.
